This home tomato sauce is perfect for those of you who want to cook pasta, spread baked baguettes, sandwiches, nachos, to serve as a sauce for poached eggs. Also combine this home tomato sauce with minced meat, shrimp, or mushrooms to play steady.


ingredient

1 kg of tomatoes, remove seeds and cut into small cubes

2 onions, coarsely chopped

4 cloves of garlic, coarsely chopped

1 carrot, cut into small cubes

1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves

1 teaspoon thyme leaves, chopped

1 spoonful of granulated sugar tea

1 teaspoon Chicken Broth Seasoning

3 teaspoons of oil, for sautéing


How to make

1. Heat the oil, sauté the onion until fragrant. Put the garlic and carrots. Sauté again for 2 minutes.

2. Add tomatoes, oregano, thyme, sugar, and Chicken Broth Seasoning.

3. Cook over high heat while stirring until the tomatoes wilt. Reduce heat, cook ketchup over very low heat for 1-2 hours or until thickened. Lift.

4. Ketchup is ready for use.
