Delicious Beef Padang Rendang Cuisine Recipe
Ingredients
- 500 grams of beef
- 500 ml of coconut milk from 1 coconut grain
- 2000 ml of coconut milk from 1 coconut grain
- 3 cm camouflaged galangal
- 2 stalks of lemongrass taken white part and bruised
- 2 turmeric leaves made knots
- 12 curly red peppers
- 5 pieces of large red peppers are removed seeds
- 12 onions
- 4 Cloves of garlic
- 4 pecan grains roasted
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper granules
- 1 tbsp granulated coriander
- 3 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 3 cm ginger
Directions
- First, take the meat and then please cut it into pieces of 2 cm against the fibers so that it is tender and then set aside first.
- Cook the diluted coconut milk and then add the galangal and lemongrass. Do not forget to also add turmeric leaves and fine spices.
- Stir until evenly distributed then put the meat and cook until the meat is tender.
- If the soup has thickened, you can start cooking the thick coconut milk and then cook it over low heat.
- Stir constantly until cooked and also oily and thickened.
